Requirements: Each prospective tenant is required to
complete a rental application and provide our management
office with the following:
1.Provide Social Security card and
Drivers License to be copied in our office and be used for
identification.

W2 form to be copied or other source of income.
3.Completed signed criminal background
check authorization.

Deposit:
Once an application is approved a non refundable deposit of one
months rent is required to hold apartment until move in
date. This must be in the form of a money order or cashiers
check.
Pets:
Pets are welcome at our community with the following
conditions:
1.A $250.00 non refundable pet deposit
is required.
2.An additional $25.00 per pet per
month rate is charge to the rental amount.
Security deposit is equal to one
months rent to qualified applicants.
The above prices do not include
the utilities. Tenant pay for gas and electric.
